Delivery & Returns
Orders should arrive within 3-5 workdays after the payment has been received, but may vary depending on the destination. Please note the delivery time is indicative and is therefore not guaranteed. Olive & Juno is not responsible for any delays of your package during delivery. It's your responsibility to fill in the correct delivery address. When supplying a wrong delivery address the costs for a second delivery will be at your expense. If your information is not complete, it can slow down the processing of your order.
WHERE DO WE SHIP
We currently ship to Belgium only. If you would really like to order an item outside of Belgium, feel free to contact us at email@example.com
COST OF DELIVERY
We work with Bpost for our package delivery. Cost of shipping is 5,70€. Order over 130€ are shipped for free.
Orders are typically processed within 2 business days. You will receive an email containing tracking information once your order ships.
If by any chance the product you ordered is out of stock, you will receive an email.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unopened, unused, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
SHIPPING COST RETURNS
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. All approved returns must be sent back to us with a trackable shipping method.
